If your item arrives in the mail and for some reason it is damaged or not the item that you ordered, please feel free to return the item and either receive a full refund, minus shipping, or request that your item be replaced immediately. Upon receipt of the damaged product your item will be re-shipped promptly.

Each and every item ordered from this website are brand new products. There are NO previously used or owned products within this website because each item is made to order.

Item shipping times will vary depending on the item purchased. As these items are made to order it can take approximately 1-2 weeks from the time the item is ordered to ship out. We appeciate your understanding.

Once we have received full payment for your product, you will receive an automated email giving you a detailed receipt for your transaction. After your item has been processed, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your item and find the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival).

On this site, we prefer to use PayPal. Due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions and identity theft, Paypal is one of the securest forms of payment on the web. You can set up a Paypal account for your future transactions so that your card information can be ensured its safety and in the future you make new orders from the same account. As a courtesy to my business partners, you also have the option to bill directly to your company invoice. If you are interested in a product you just let me know which one you would like, I will need sizes for t-shirts, and then you can request that I take the cost of the item off of your service invoice. Shipping times and options are still about 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
